Sugar Strategist is a food and beverage business consulting firm founded by Monica Archondo, a fellow dessert industry veteran who spent nearly two decades building, running, and ultimately selling her own successful bakery and café, Sweet Signatures. Louis was a part of making that sale successful, and today, Monica and co-founder Louis DiMeglio work with food entrepreneurs at every stage: from cottage bakers ready to scale, to established shops looking to grow smarter.
