Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel or pause at any time by notifying us before your next billing date. We also offer annual prepay discounts for clients who prefer to lock in savings.
Can you work on a site that someone else built?
Absolutely. As a certified Wix Partner, we can maintain any Wix website regardless of who originally designed it.
What counts as a “content update”?
Content updates include changes to existing text, images, business hours, pricing, navigation items, and seasonal banners. New page creation, blog writing, product uploads, and graphic design are available as add-on services.
How do I submit update requests?
You can submit your request to hello@sugarstrategist.com at any time. We’ll process them within the response time outlined in your plan.
What if I need something outside my plan?
No problem. Additional hours and add-on services are always available. We’ll provide a quote before any extra work begins so there are never any billing surprises.
Do your plans include my Wix subscription?
No. Your Wix platform subscription (hosting, domain, etc.) is billed directly by Wix. Our maintenance plans cover the hands-on care, updates, and strategy for your site.
